About Kimberly

Using a loose definition from the Co-Active Training Institute:

“Coaching is about discovery, awareness, and choice. It is a way of effectively empowering people to find their own answers, encouraging and supporting them on the path as they continue to make important choices.”

Kimberly works with individuals and groups who are ready to take action and make meaningful changes. With a background in coaching, people development, and leadership across multiple industries, she is passionate about helping people achieve both personal and professional success.

Drawing on her 30+ years of experience with Bain & Company, Wharton, The MBA Exchange, and clients across the globe, she empowers individuals to unlock their full potential through coaching that focuses on growth, resilience, and wellbeing. She combines her coaching expertise with a commitment to supporting leaders and teams in navigating high-performance environments and making bold, transformative moves.
